Clarity of flavor is prized above pretense on the Mingo menu, opting for fewer, high quality and impact ingredients over the muddling of tastes and textures. After all, the Mingo family feels as though it is feeding family at every table, every time. Tasty favorites include the pan seared scallops, Capasante, and the Gnocchi alla Romana.
