Located in a charming old Victorian home, Paley’s Place offers Southern French and Northern Italian influenced Pacific Northwestern cuisine. The result, orchestrated by skilled 2005 James Beard Award winner Chef Vitaly Paley, is nothing short of culinary excellence.
