The Silk Vietnamese Restaurant and Bar is located just on the outskirts of The Pearl District, one of Portland’s most well known art scenes and Urban legends. As well as an affordable menu, enjoy Silk’s comfortable outdoor seating and the Pearl District’s chic vibes. The myriad of colorful flavors that frequent Silk‘s dishes seem to be as equally enticing as the dramatic ambiance and setting. Lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and turmeric are just some of the many spices that add to the many exotic dishes served here. Inspired by travels through Vietnam, Silk’s Asian inspired cocktails and dishes are an interesting fusion of traditional and modern cuisine. Silk puts a contemporary twist on customary cuisine.
