First opened in Chicago in 1978, Morton’s Steakhouse still retains their vision of quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality today. Co-founders Arnie Morton and Klaus Fritsch invented the “Million-Dollar Hamburger,” which evolved into Morton’s motto for quality and great food.
